Edward Nalbandian received the newly appointed UN Resident Coordinator/UNDP Resident Representative in Armenia
Yerevan, 28 March 2013 – Today Foreign Minister of the Republic of Armenia Edward Nalbandian received the newly appointed UN Resident Coordinator/UNDP Resident Representative in Armenia Bradley Busetto.
Greeting the guest, Edward Nalbandian congratulated Bradley Busetto on his new assignment and expressed hope that his vast experience in various international structures will help the implementation of his mission in Armenia.
Expressing gratitude for the reception, the newly appointed UN Representative assured that he will do his best to ensure efficient implementation of Armenia-UN joint programs.
The head of Armenian foreign service noted with satisfaction that UNDP has always supported the Government of Armenia during the process towards the achievement of Millennium Development Goals.
The interlocutors exchanged views on strengthening the future cooperation between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and UNDP in Armenia.
